Welcome to Joy Movement Arts, Wyncote’s newest studio for yoga, fitness & wellness.  Our studio offers a supportive and welcoming environment, where you can explore, grow, and cultivate your yoga practice. Our certified instructors are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga & movement with our students, and our goal is to make it accessible to everyone who seeks it. Sacred Sonic
Sound Bath

 


 

Sacred Sound is a pure Catalyst for healing. Sound has the power to dispel and to harmonize.  Join us as we dispel the calamity of trauma and harmonize the discord through movement, vibration and meditation.
 

Bridget Yanni has been immersed in the healing arts for 30 years; Sound healing once was something fun and sacred that Bridget would often use at the end of a session or Yoga class. Over the last 5 years she has evolved and fine tuned her skills with two large Chau Gongs, Chrystal singing bowls, Bronze singing bowls, tuning forks,Tibetan bells and more.​

SPECIAL WORKSHOP

​Many people are feeling overwhelmed, caught between just trying to keep up and planning for the future - and completely missing the present. Mindfulness Meditation can help us to slow down and connect with the present moment, which is the only moment we really have. We'll review the history and basics of mindfulness meditation, have time for discussion, and practice together. You'll leave with a new understanding of how mindfulness meditation can enhance your life, specific mindfulness tools and techniques, and a plan to establish your own practice. 

Cat McLaughlin is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and psychotherapist.
