JENNA EAGEN

E-RYT 500

When Jenna embarked on her yoga journey 15 years ago she never imagined how it would change every aspect of her life. Through a 500 hour teacher training at Amma Yanni Yoga Center and School she learned the capability of the body to heal both physically and mentally.

She wants to share how those changes helped her to become a stronger, healthier, and happier person. Her focus on the yoga practice is not just the movement and asana, it is to dig deeper emotionally and physically by aligning the body and mind. Her approach to the practice involves protection of the joints and muscles to prevent injury; while also building strength, balance and endurance.

She strives to create a low stress, welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all ages and body types to explore their bodies in a safe, respectful, and responsible way. Our yoga community is deeply important to her as are the health and happiness of each and every one of my students. Her wish is to spread the joy of movement so people can live more optimally and happily in their bodies.
