SACRED PAUSE
A Stress Reduction Group Workshop for Health Professionals
OVERVIEW
In the demanding and often high-stress environment of healthcare, cultivating personal well-being isn't just beneficial, it's essential for professional longevity, compassionate care, and preventing burnout. This specialized two-hour workshop, Sacred Pause, is designed exclusively for healthcare professionals seeking effective, evidence-based strategies to navigate stress, enhance resilience, and foster inner calm amidst daily challenges.

You spend your days offering comfort, care, and calm to others—but how often do you offer the same to yourself? Sacred Pause is an invitation to step away from the urgency of doing and into the quiet beauty of simply being. Whether you're feeling depleted, disconnected, or simply in need of a reset, this is a space where you can exhale... fully. Through a blend of heart-centered practices, we'll explore what it means to truly care for yourself in body, mind, and soul. Drawing upon foundational mindfulness principles, this session integrates practical techniques with gentle movement, breathwork, and the calming influence of aromatherapy to promote mental clarity, emotional regulation, and physical well-being.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is ideal for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and any other healthcare professionals who experience work-related stress, compassion fatigue, or are interested in developing sustainable self-care practices. No prior experience with mindfulness or yoga is required.

She also received her holistic health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2022. Donna is very passionate about sharing the transformative practice of yoga and nutritional health, and empowering others to take control over their own wellness to become the best version of themselves.

When not on her mat, Donna can be found spending time with her family, running with friends, enjoying the outdoors, or in the kitchen cooking up nourishing meals. “Yoga continually reminds me of the importance of patience, presence and playfulness, and I am grateful every day for the lessons, opportunity and purpose along this incredible journey.” – Donna
